I went and got my ultrasound on Wednesday. They found that the baby has enlarged kidneys. This could mean nothing (the baby could grow into the kidneys), or it could be a sign of a chromosomal problem such as down syndrome. I got a blood test, and will know the results of that in 2 weeks. Then I have another ultrasound in 4 weeks. So we are praying that everything is okay with the baby. We could also use everyone's prayers too!
Here is a profile shot of the baby- 19 weeks along (though it is measuring bigger). We decided not to find out if it is a boy or girl, we will wait and be surprised.
