We went to our friend's house for dinner and to ride some horses. These horses hadn't been ridden for quite a while, so they were kind of wild. We got them saddled and tried riding. Dave was trying to ride one of them and it just didn't want to go. Then it got mad and started trying to buck Dave off. Dave held on and would have been fine, but the horse fell over right on top of Dave's leg. I was the only one watching at the time, and it was scary! Dave's leg was in a lot of pain, but he said he had to get back on the horse and ride it. So he got back on, and the horse was fine after that. We even let the kids ride him.
That was about 2 weeks ago and Dave's leg is still really hurting and bothering him. He got an x-ray, and nothing is broken. We are hoping it gets better soon!

I hope Dave's leg is getting better. How fun for your kids to get to ride horses. They look like they are having a good time.
