We went to the Christmas Light Parade the other night. Carly was excited to see the pretty lights. But then Santa and Mrs. Santa were roped and kidnapped by some mean cowboys. Don't worry, some good cowboys came, there was lots of shooting, and Santa was saved. But Carly's happiness was gone. Every shot that was fired made her scream louder until she was out of control screaming and crying. She finally settled down enough to watch the rest of the parade. Then we took the kids to sit on Santa's lap. She waited in line, and even told a lady that she was going to ask Santa for a barbie. But when it was her turn, she walked up to Santa, looked at him, then screamed, turned around and ran away while still screaming. So we have no picture of Carly with Santa, we will try again at the ward Christmas party, but here is a picture of the boys.

Poor Carly! She doesn" know what she is missing. I loved seeing all the pictures of Santa, birthday party and soccer. That was such a fun birthday party. You have such cute kids.
At least you got a cute picture of your boys with Santa.
