Carly's Baptism

Carly got baptized on her birthday, March 20, 2016.  She was baptized by her dad, at the Luna church building.  It turned out really nice.  Grandma Parnell gave the talk on the Holy Ghost, and Amy gave the talk on Baptism.  We really missed Grandma Krueger, but she couldn't come because she had back surgery and was still recovering.  Grandpa Krueger, Aunt Natalie, and her kids, and Grandma and Grandpa Parnell came.  Also, people from the ward came.  Carly only had to be baptized 1 time.
We had a lunch afterwards of finger foods: Pizza, Chicken Nuggets, Taquitos, Fruit, Veggies, Cookies, and Donuts.
It was a long day.  We stayed at the church the whole day, because that evening was the Easter Music Program.  We left for church at 8:30 am and got home that night at 9:00 pm.
The kids sang "Jesus Wants Me For a Sunbeam" and Carly sang with her new friend Karly, "Gethsemane" for the program.  They all did a great job! A lot of people have told us the kids were the best part of the program!
