Our Summer Adventures- June

We had a great summer and I never got a chance to post anything about it.  So I will try to get caught up with all our fun things we did.

In the beginning of June, my friend, Naomi Martineau took me and the kids hiking at the Apache Creek Rock Art Trail,
which has some old Indian Petroglyphs.  The kids thought that was awesome and had all kinds of questions the whole time.

The kids also attended a summer reading program at the Glenwood Library.
They had a lot of fun activities and good incentives to get the kids to read.
They went to a special presentation about old artifacts (indian and other) and just loved it and thought it was so interesting and cool.
Dallin won a drawing the library had for a Kindle!

We spent a few days at the cabin in Heber with Melissa.
We had fun walking half way around the lake.

Also, in June, Dave went to scout camp at Camp Geronimo.

Colton went to Las Cruces for a shooting competition for 4-h.  He got to stay overnight at a hotel, and got to go swimming too.
The kids also attended Vacation Bible School in Reserve for a week in June.  They all loved it and had a great time!
